Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Supporting the Director of Project Management, the full-time Associate Director of Project Management will drive growth and profitability in healthcare construction projects through client management, new business development, and effective service delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new and existing client relationships to generate revenue and ensure contract renewals
• Lead proposal generation efforts and attend client interviews to present service offerings
• Oversee a small project management team and provide coaching and mentorship to staff members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare construction
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry
• Experience in managing client accounts and project management teams
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market and project life cycle
