Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Managing a project management team, the full-time Associate Director of Project Management will oversee strategic program management, ensure project delivery aligns with client goals, and develop team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage creative and strategic projects and programs
• Develop staffing plans and oversee program-level reporting, including health, status, risks, and milestones
• Coach and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to processes and managing team workload and escalations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
• 7+ years of relevant experience in managing strategic projects and programs in an advertising agency environment
• Expert knowledge in executing various project types and advanced risk management skills
• Strong ability to develop high-risk or complex estimates and timelines
• Experience in stakeholder management and team building, with a focus on mentoring and coaching
