Associate Director of Proposals

Job Summary

To support the development of new business initiatives, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Proposals will manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions while identifying relevant opportunities in Medicaid, Medicare, and private consulting projects, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage the RFP process to maintain current contracts and support new business development
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and oversee the writing, editing, and review of proposal materials
• Analyze RFPs for alignment with HSAG's business lines and summarize opportunities for strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• College degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of direct experience in writing and producing RFP responses in healthcare or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Visio, Outlook) and Adobe; familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze technical documents and communicate requirements clearly for actionable deliverables
