Job Summary
Supporting the medical affairs team, the remote Associate Director of Publications will manage the development and execution of publication plans, ensuring compliance and timely communication of product information while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and internal liaison for assigned therapeutic areas, leading cross-functional initiatives
- Facilitate global publication planning and execution, including participation at scientific congresses and prioritization of publication needs
- Ensure compliance with publication policies and collaborate with agency partners to deliver accurate publications on time and within budget
Required qualifications
- Advanced scientific/clinical degree (e.g., PharmD, Ph.D., MD) with 10+ years of relevant industry experience in medical/scientific publications
- Experience in Cell Therapy or Immuno-Oncology (IO)
- Proficiency in publication management systems, such as Datavision
- Strong experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
- Demonstrated ability in developing peer-reviewed publications and congress materials
