Associate Director of Signal Management

Job Summary

To ensure the highest standards in signal detection and management processes, the contract Associate Director of Signal Management and Innovation will work remotely, leading cross-functional collaborations and compliance with global health authority expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of signal detection, evaluation, and management processes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Represent the pharmacovigilance department as a subject matter expert in cross-functional teams and external environments
• Design and deliver training for relevant functions to maintain compliance and enhance understanding of signal detection processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial methodology, pharmacovigilance regulations, and signal detection
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze and present complex data effectively
• Experience in a global pharmacovigilance organization with adaptability to change
