Associate Director of Strategy

Job Summary

To drive strategic innovation and client growth, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Strategy will independently lead senior-level strategy work across client accounts, transforming insights into actionable recommendations while mentoring junior team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end senior-level strategy work, ensuring high-quality delivery across major projects
• Serve as a senior client partner, confidently presenting strategic recommendations and identifying client expansion opportunities
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and internal operations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or in-house experience in social, creative, content, influencer/creator, or strategy roles
• Proven track record of leading senior-level strategy work for Fortune 500 and enterprise brands
• Extensive experience in developing integrated, social-first strategies that drive client and business growth
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior talent and manage direct reports effectively
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
