Associate Director of Strategy

Job Summary

To drive execution of corporate travel strategies, the remote Associate Director of Strategy will operationalize initiatives, coordinate cross-division efforts, and serve as a liaison between Options Travel and Engine, ensuring alignment and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalize defined Options Travel strategies and report measurable outcomes to the CEO and stakeholders
• Drive cross-division operating rhythm to maintain alignment across Sales, Operations, and other departments
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison for the online booking tool, resolving issues and coordinating necessary fixes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel or TMC operations, including 2-3 years in a senior capacity
• Proven track record of executing strategies in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Strong ability to align and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in client-facing roles, representing the business externally
• Fluency with modern technology and operational tools
