Job Summary
To support the development and management of virtual care services, the full-time Associate Director of Virtual Health will oversee operational excellence, drive clinical quality, and enhance patient and provider experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive virtual care adoption and growth
- Oversee operations of virtual health programs, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality care delivery
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based virtual care protocols and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field preferred; Master's degree and clinical experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or digital health, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in establishing a telehealth service line is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of telehealth regulations, workflows, and technology platforms
- Experience with athenahealth EMR preferred
