Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance for a fully remote, 5-month contract role, this position will lead signal detection, evaluation, and optimization of global processes to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, review, and optimization of global signal detection and management processes
• Represent Pharmacovigilance as a subject matter expert on signal detection, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
• Provide oversight of vendor-conducted signal management activities and design training on signal detection standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a Healthcare background
• In-depth expertise in clinical trial methodology, pharmacovigilance regulations, and risk/benefit analysis
• Proven track record in reviewing, analyzing, and presenting complex data in a global PV organization
• Exceptional strategic decision-making and document creation skills
