Job Summary
Leading the flagship data and AI experience for a major enterprise customer, the full-time Associate Director, Product Experience will manage product outcomes, align stakeholders, and drive the development of innovative solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own product direction and outcomes, translating vision into a roadmap and prioritized backlog
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user needs and business goals
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to align cross-functional stakeholders and make informed decisions on competing priorities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading human-centered enterprise software products from strategy through launch
- Strong background in experience strategy, including journey mapping and service blueprints
- Technical fluency with architects and engineers, demonstrating understanding of complex data experiences
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
