Associate Director, Prospect Research

Job Summary

Leading high-value research initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Prospect Research will manage the Prospect Research & Management team remotely, shaping strategies to support the organization's fundraising goals and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Co-develop and deliver annual and long-term strategies for the Prospect Research & Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational fundraising priorities
• Oversee the production of biographical and financial profiles on high-net-worth individual donors, ensuring quality and integration with fundraising strategies
• Drive innovation in research methodologies and tools, mentoring team members and managing resources to meet strategic needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
• Expertise in research and database management, particularly with Salesforce
• Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis related to non-profit fundraising strategy
• Proficiency in PRM subscription tools and fundraising software
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and develop actionable research plans
