Associate Director, Scientific Communications
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation of global scientific communications strategies, the full-time Associate Director, Scientific Communications will translate complex scientific data into impactful content for healthcare professionals while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute medical communications strategies aligned with CNS assets
- Develop scientific narratives and support cross-functional communication planning
- Ensure compliance and quality excellence in all scientific communications
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in science, medicine, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing team members
- Experience in supporting global communication strategies and integrated planning processes
- Strong background in the CNS therapeutic area is preferred
