Associate Director, Value & Access

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Associate Director, Value & Access will lead category strategy in Market Access, Pricing, and Health Economics, while managing supplier relationships and driving operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on supplier capabilities and market dynamics
• Develop multi-year category strategies that integrate demand, market intelligence, and measurable value levers
• Partner with Finance and Value & Access leaders to enhance operational productivity and influence financial performance

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 3 years, or Master's degree and 5 years, or Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience
• Proven Procurement experience in Value & Access/Market Access within biotech or pharma
• Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and market access dynamics
• Experience in developing and executing category strategies and supplier management
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management and supplier economics
