Associate Director, Web Experience

Job Summary

Leading the digital experience initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Director, Web Experience will manage Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development functions, ensuring high-quality digital experiences across bio-rad.com and MyBio-Rad while driving operational excellence and team development.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor managers in Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development, setting performance expectations and creating career pathways
• Design and implement the operating model for intake, prioritization, and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery of digital projects
• Partner with Product Owners to translate roadmap decisions into executed work, managing cross-team dependencies to enhance delivery efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution
• Expertise in production operating models, including intake, capacity planning, and prioritization frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders across various functions
• Hands-on experience with web platforms and knowledge of privacy, accessibility, and digital governance standards
