Associate Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Engineer will deliver standardized endpoint provisioning and user-lifecycle services while developing foundational technical skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Provision Windows and Apple endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf, while validating deployments against client standards
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning and Active Directory administration
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely updates on status, risks, and milestones while maintaining accurate records in designated systems

Required qualifications

• Zero to one year of technical experience in an IT environment, including internships or hands-on coursework
• Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and practical experience
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and Apple endpoint provisioning and basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
• Ability to follow technical runbooks and checklists while managing assigned tasks effectively
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent foundational certification is preferred
