Associate Engineer, Deployment Services

Job Summary

Supporting a centralized Deployment Services Center, the full-time Associate Engineer, Deployment Services will deliver standardized endpoint provisioning and user-lifecycle services while building foundational technical skills in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provision Windows and Apple endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf, while maintaining client-specific build profiles
• Perform user onboarding, account provisioning, and Active Directory administration, ensuring compliance with documented client standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain accurate records in designated systems while participating in on-call rotations as needed

Required qualifications

• Zero to one year of technical experience in an IT environment, including internships or hands-on coursework
• Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and practical experience
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and Apple endpoint provisioning, along with basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
• Experience with an MSP, service desk, or endpoint-management platform is preferred
• CompTIA A+ or an equivalent foundational certification is preferred
