Associate Experience Design Researcher

Job Summary

Supporting research activities across the product lifecycle, the part-time Associate Experience Design Researcher will assist in conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform design and business decisions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of user research studies, including usability testing and interviews
• Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for research sessions while collecting and organizing data
• Analyze research findings and collaborate with teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in UX or research projects
• Basic understanding of UX research methods and practices
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma and research platforms like User Testing
• Exposure to accessibility and inclusive design principles
