Job Summary
Supporting senior lead planners in a full-time remote capacity, the Associate Financial Planner will engage in direct mentorship, analyze financial data for strategic planning, and provide proactive member care while fostering personal growth and skill development.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard personal members and shadow planning sessions to enhance understanding of financial topics
- Analyze financial inputs to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies for members
- Serve as the primary contact for members during lead planners' absence, addressing urgent inquiries and maintaining relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in financial planning or a related field
- CFP designation or passed the CFP exam and within 60 days of meeting experience requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry or a high-growth startup environment
- Exceptional collaboration skills in a tech-enabled environment
