Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of legal experience in compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, or related fields
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and active Bar membership
- In-depth knowledge of legal areas relevant to technology or non-profit environments
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
- Willingness to travel for twice annual retreats
