Associate Hosting Services Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely full-time, the Associate Hosting Services Analyst will provide technical support for the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM), including data ingestion, quality control, and document production, while managing multiple projects under strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize proprietary and third-party eDiscovery software for data recovery and electronic discovery processes
- Load, process, and search client data across various file formats while troubleshooting data issues
- Generate reports and provide technical documentation and training for supported applications
Required qualifications
- Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office applications
- Basic UNIX skills and knowledge of hardware and networking are advantageous
- Experience with database applications and litigation support software is desirable
- Bachelor's degree or final year student in a computer/technical or legal field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
