Job Summary
To support the development of engaging training content, the full-time Associate Instructional Designer will build scalable eLearning modules and training materials using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline, while working remotely from designated states.
Key Responsibilities
- Build eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Develop instructor-led and virtual training materials using PowerPoint and Canva
- Review the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Content Development, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field, or 2 years of experience in a related field
- Experience developing learning or training materials in a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and PowerPoint
- Strong written, visual, and organizational skills
- Ability to apply feedback and follow standards consistently
