Associate Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Associate Instructional Designer for 6-12 ELA will develop instructional materials for K-12 literacy programs in both print and digital formats, ensuring high-quality content delivery and adherence to project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to concept meetings and support the development of digital assets
- Maintain accountability for build documentation accuracy and project integrity
- Collaborate with teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues in authoring tools and platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
- Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and iterative workflows
- Previous 6-12 teaching experience is a plus
