Associate Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Supporting a team of life sciences professionals, the full-time remote Associate Instructional Designer will design engaging learning solutions, including live training and eLearning, while managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions for life sciences clients and internal projects, including live training, workshops, and eLearning
• Create, update, and maintain learning materials such as presentations, storyboards, and scripts
• Build eLearning content using authoring tools like gomo learning or Articulate Rise and Storyline

Required Qualifications

• Design experience creating resources for various learning formats including live training and eLearning
• Ability to write and edit scripts and storyboards for different types of learning solutions
• Experience with gomo learning and/or Articulate Rise/Storyline
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with comfort in handling graphics and media files
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
