Associate Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the development of K-12 literacy programs, the remote Associate Instructional Designer, ELA/SLA will create instructional materials in various digital formats while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to curriculum design and user testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, storyboard, and develop digital curriculum assets such as videos, eBooks, and interactive tools
• Collaborate with instructional designers and cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements and schedules are met
• Contribute to user testing and quality assurance processes for digital assets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in digital content development, particularly in teaching and learning materials
• Familiarity with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems
• Ability to create and visualize animated and interactive content
• Bilingual required, with Spanish preferred
