Associate Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of standard travel insurance product launches, the full-time Associate Insurance Product Manager will work remotely, managing relationships with local underwriters and supporting RFP responses while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Run standard travel product launches end-to-end, including sourcing, product construct, pricing setup, testing, and go-live
• Own all incoming RFP responses as the Insurance product owner
• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned local insurers/underwriters, including reporting and routine issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general insurance product, pricing, or underwriting roles, preferably in travel or digital insurance distribution
• Demonstrated experience in running product launches or implementations with underwriters/insurers
• Working knowledge of product construction, pricing mechanics, and policy wording
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is a plus
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally to meet deadlines
