Associate Manager of Trade Operations

Job Summary

Leading the chargeback processing team, the full-time Associate Manager of Trade Operations will manage chargebacks, perform data analysis, and communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage chargeback processes, including validation and reconciliation related to pricing and membership eligibility
• Analyze chargeback errors and collaborate with internal departments and customers for resolution
• Prepare reporting on chargeback statuses and participate in internal and external meetings

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis and customer payments
• Thorough knowledge of chargebacks, contract pricing, and membership management
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and applications, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality
