Associate Marketing Director

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of $0.75-1.5M across four to seven mid-market clients, the full-time Associate Marketing Director will oversee client relationships, account plans, and renewals while collaborating with the Group AEO Marketing Director to drive strategic growth in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with each client's marketing leader and budget holder
• Collaborate with the AEO Program Director to create account plans and manage client renewals and expansions
• Ensure client health and maintain CRM accuracy, including contract dates and forecasting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agency account management, client services, or marketing strategy
• Proven track record of closing renewals and expansions
• Experience managing client budgets, hours, and scope
• Working knowledge of B2B marketing channels and interest in AI search
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and ClickUp or similar project management tools
