Job Summary
Supporting the Clinical Services team, the remote Associate Medical Writer will assist in writing, revising, and annotating promotional medical content while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of high-quality, medically accurate derivative content for various medical communication resources
- Assist with literature reviews to substantiate promotional claims and prepare references for medical, regulatory, and legal submissions
- Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in life sciences or BA/BS in English with 1 year of relevant experience
- 0 - 1 year of experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of American Medical Association (AMA) style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with scientific search engines such as PubMed and Google Scholar
