Associate Merchandise Planner

Job Summary

Owning the Women's Plus Bottoms forecast, the full-time remote Associate Merchandise Planner will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sales and inventory productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own financial planning and forecasting for Women's Plus Bottoms, maintaining sales, inventory, and gross margin goals
• Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions based on findings
• Manage the rolling operating financial forecast in partnership with Buying, balancing business opportunities and inventory liabilities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 2-4 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, buying, or a related analytical function
• Foundational understanding of retail math, merchandise financial planning, and profitability KPIs
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data organization and analysis
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and an interest in applying new technologies to improve business outcomes
