Associate MSP Operations
Job Summary
Supporting implementation and operations in a remote, full-time capacity, the Associate MSP Operations will execute project plans, perform data analysis, and maintain documentation while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Execute implementation/project plans by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time
- Conduct data analysis and reporting as established by leadership
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with business system analysis and/or technical requirements gathering
- General understanding of healthcare terminology, MSP programs, and VMS systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build productive working relationships
