Associate Parts Broker Representative

Job Summary

Proactively engaging dealership parts departments, the part-time Associate Parts Broker Representative will conduct outbound calls to re-engage existing PartsBrokerDirect users, enroll new dealers, and pass qualified opportunities to the broker team while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to uncover and qualify new business opportunities within assigned dealerships
• Maintain active engagement with leads and existing dealer users through phone calls and email, utilizing CRM systems
• Build and maintain expert knowledge of the PartsBrokerDirect program to effectively address dealer inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or account management
• Proven track record of engaging prospects and meeting outbound call targets in a high-call-volume environment
• Ability to learn about products and services and communicate them effectively to customers
• Experience in customer qualification techniques and structured selling methods
