Job Summary

To support client projects effectively, the full-time Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Director will manage project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services
• Maintain strong client relations and provide expert support to project teams on pharmacovigilance activities
• Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulatory obligations and manage quality management system activities

Required qualifications

• Varied pharmacovigilance experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Previous experience in pharmacovigilance project management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Proven management skills, including time and issue management
• Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively
