Associate Portfolio Manager
Job Summary
Providing quality collection and property surveillance activities for commercial real estate loans, the full-time Associate Portfolio Manager will support a team of Portfolio Managers by handling borrower inquiries, monitoring covenants, and resolving delinquencies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming calls related to the commercial loan portfolio
- Participate in outgoing call campaigns to assist borrowers with delinquency resolution and document collection
- Research and resolve servicing-related issues, including payment inquiries and billing questions
Required qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Experience in a call center or high-volume customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other information processing programs
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
