Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Principal Scientist - Clinical Outcomes Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate global COA/PRO strategic plans for specific disease areas
• Provide guidance on COA/PRO instrument selection and implementation in studies
• Conduct literature searches, support scientific communications, and stay updated on COA/PRO methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience OR Master's Degree with 5+ years of relevant industry work experience
• Familiarity with COA/PRO requirements for regulatory and reimbursement agencies
• Knowledge of methodological approaches in COA/PRO development and validation
• Experience with COA/PRO-related scientific presentations and publications
• Strong project management skills
