Associate Principal, Vaccine Policy

Job Summary

Serving as a key subject matter expert on vaccine policies, the full-time Associate Principal, Vaccine Policy will manage multiple projects and accounts remotely, providing clients with strategic recommendations and actionable insights related to vaccine coverage, payment, and reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of projects, managing project teams and ensuring quality delivery to clients
• Generate strategic and tactical recommendations tailored to clients' policy and business needs
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff members while participating in business development discussions to contribute to revenue goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in health policy, public policy, public health, healthcare management, business administration, health economics, or biological sciences
• 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or with vaccine manufacturers focusing on policy and market access
• Established subject matter expertise on U.S. vaccine policy and market access, including pricing and reimbursement across various healthcare programs
• Experience managing primary market research projects and translating findings into strategic recommendations
• Proven project management skills, including scope development, budget tracking, and client deliverable management
