Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of the iTakeControl platform, the full-time Associate Product Delivery will gather client requirements, coordinate activities among teams, and conduct quality control testing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of the iTakeControl platform
• Gather and document client requirements while coordinating activities between clients and internal teams
• Conduct quality control testing and manage technical troubleshooting activities

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple studies and stakeholders
• Knowledge of health data collection, privacy requirements, and compliance standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Experience working with mobile technologies, including iOS and Android environments
