Associate Product Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the development and execution of the Denials AI product, the full-time Associate Product Manager will translate business needs and operational workflows into clear product requirements while enhancing denial classification and automation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in enhancing denial classification and root-cause analysis across the denial and appeal lifecycle
- Track and report on core Denials AI KPIs, ensuring data availability for downstream models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or healthcare technology
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products or cloud-hosted platforms
- Experience with payer-provider data exchange standards
- Foundational understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile environments
