Associate Product Manager
Job Summary
To support live client implementations, the full-time Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager will manage day-to-day client communications, drive project execution, and analyze client data, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications, including handling questions and escalation management
- Coordinate with the internal development team to maintain project management tools and keep project status updated
- Analyze client data to identify gaps and support solution architecture and functional gap analysis
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in product management or management consulting, with a preference for consulting experience
- Proven customer-facing experience with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis tools
- Ownership mindset with attention to operational and technical details
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
