Associate Product Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the Product Management team, the fully remote Associate Product Manager will conduct customer interviews, analyze feedback, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and usability testing to identify needs and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and communicate product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product backlog and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives
Required qualifications
- University degree in a technical, business, or related field and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects or cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with product and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Figma
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Experience working in a product management, project management, or software development environment preferred
