Associate Product Manager
Job Summary
To develop strong product management skills, the full-time Associate Product Manager will own defined product problems and initiatives, conduct user interviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track success metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own clearly defined product problems and conduct user interviews to understand workflows and pain points
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define solutions and actively participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Define and track success metrics for initiatives, analyzing feature adoption and workflow impact to inform improvements
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, coachability, and a strong desire to learn product best practices
- Proficiency in English for job-related communication
