Job Summary
Supporting the development and optimization of products, the full-time remote Associate Product Manager will manage product lifecycles, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing products through various lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, preferred
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred
- Participation in and adherence to compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
