Job Summary
As part of a remote team, the full-time Associate Product Manager will manage product delivery, enablement, and operations for AI tools, ensuring effective implementation and value for clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases while collaborating with Engineering and Design teams
- Create product documentation and deliver training for Sales and Client Success teams to support client interactions
- Coordinate pilot logistics, track usage and feedback, and manage feature requests and issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role in a software or technology company
- Experience creating technical documentation and training materials
- Experience using generative AI tools in day-to-day work
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Teams administration, Salesforce, or similar platforms
