Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Fraud and Payments teams, the full-time Associate Product Manager will analyze transaction data, monitor product KPIs, write requirements, and coordinate with engineering and vendors to drive critical projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations by triaging issues, monitoring dashboards, and tracking vendor performance
• Perform data analysis to inform product decisions and create reports and dashboards
• Draft product requirements and user stories while coordinating project execution across teams

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or data analysis, preferably in payments or fintech
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or Power BI
• Understanding of product management fundamentals, including backlog management and agile methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills for working with large datasets
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
