Associate Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning workstreams from intake to handoff, the full-time remote Associate Product Operations Manager will manage PCR intake and triage, produce Product Enablement Packages, and ensure launch readiness while rotating through various vertical pods to build comprehensive product sense.

Key responsibilities

• Own PCR intake end-to-end, validating problem statements and ensuring clean handoffs to vertical pods
• Handle Tier 2 triage, making judgment calls beyond automated resolutions
• Write and maintain Product Enablement Packages, ensuring quality and stakeholder fit using AI-assisted drafts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years in product operations, project management, business analytics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Jira or a similar project management tool
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Demonstrated use of AI-driven or automation tools to streamline operations
