Job Summary
Leading a small team of 2-4 members, the full-time Associate Program Director will manage client delivery plans, engage in hands-on strategy work, and oversee team priorities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute delivery plans for clients, ensuring timelines are met
- Perform hands-on work with key clients, dedicating approximately half of the time to this effort
- Oversee team operations, including coaching, prioritization, and quality review of work
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agency strategy, channel delivery, or client services, including some leadership experience
- Expertise in at least one marketing channel, such as SEO, paid media, or social platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously
- Familiarity with the impact of AI on B2B buyer discovery processes
