Associate Program Director

Job Summary

To drive consistent project delivery for capital project portfolios across the Americas, the full-time remote Associate Program Director will oversee project execution, enforce governance protocols, and manage multiple concurrent projects with significant annual spend.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of capital projects, ensuring adherence to standardized protocols and safety measures
• Act as the primary operational escalation point for local project managers, general contractors, and consultants
• Maintain financial integrity across project reporting and safeguard critical schedule dependencies to ensure operational readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration
• 5 to 8+ years of project management experience in corporate interiors or multi-site capital programs
• Proficiency in e-Builder, MS Project, or Primavera P6, along with financial cost reporting skills
• Experience managing concurrent capital projects with individual spends ranging from $250K to $10M
• Strong understanding of change order management processes and client sign-off workflows
