Associate Program Director

Job Summary

Driving consistent project delivery, the full-time remote Associate Program Director will oversee capital project portfolios across the Americas, ensuring financial governance and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent projects valued between $20M and $60M annually.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day capital project execution and enforce standardized protocols across assigned sub-regions
• Serve as the primary operational escalation point for local project managers, general contractors, and consultants
• Maintain live risk registers and logs to proactively identify and address critical path delays and procurement risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration
• 5 to 8+ years of progressive project management experience in corporate interiors or commercial fit-outs
• Proficiency in e-Builder, MS Project, or Primavera P6, along with financial cost reporting skills
• Experience managing concurrent capital projects with individual spends ranging from $250K to $10M
• Strong understanding of change order and contingency management processes
