Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of group captive insurance programs, the full-time Associate Program Manager will assist in managing technical aspects related to brokers, members, and service providers while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned captives and align on business activities with Captive Executives and Program Managers
• Facilitate the flow of underwriting information and assist in creating proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Build strong relationships with brokers and service providers, and assist in preparing for board meetings and program documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field with at least one year of experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably with exposure to captive programs
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service and business culture
