Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Care Initiatives team, the full-time Associate Program Manager will manage planning, coordination, and performance tracking for the Heart Valve Initiative and other key projects, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain initiative work plans and support execution of priorities and deliverables
• Coordinate communications with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners while developing meeting materials and documentation
• Track program milestones and performance indicators, contributing to reports and leadership updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field
• Less than two years of related work experience; two to four years in program coordination or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn program tracking and collaboration tools
• Ability to synthesize information and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
