Job Summary

Managing government-sponsored clinical research projects, the full-time Associate Project Leader will oversee project execution, maintain client relationships, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day execution of research projects, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
• Sets project priorities, ensures quality processes are followed, and maintains deliverable timelines
• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing needs and engaging in new opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 4-6 years of project management experience in a research environment, depending on degree level
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials or research projects
• Strong knowledge of clinical research management principles and operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions
